Barbados @ 50 - Roast Corn

When corn is in season, along the roadside and highways of Barbados you can find vendors set up with coalpots roasting corn to sell. Cars pull off the road, sometimes there is a little line all waiting to get a cob or two of charred fire-roasted corn.
