Pancakes Today!
These are the pancakes I like and today (the day before Ash Wednesday) is the only day I like to eat pancakes. It is not the typical flat pancakes such as the American ones. These pancakes are the ones I grew up on. Happy Pancake Day!

The first time I made pancakes like these, my friends were shocked as they were expecting the round, flat ones
I am jealous.
Cynthia I grew up eating pancakes just like those on Shrove Tuesday, but I can't make them. I always make the flat ones. Give us the recipe nuh?
@anonymous - Sure I'll give you the recipe. I'm going to post it shortly.
These pancakes are called "buñuelos" in Spain and can be given diferent flavours if you add lemon zest, vanilla or even make salted ones adding some chopped fish in the dough. Great blog congratulations.
