I'm just searching for recipe to try to T&T event and I was wondering if the cassava mixture you used for eggs is white almost powder like thing?? If yes, I think I have it from Dominica... and would love to try this recipe.

i love cassava...we eat a lot of cassava in indonesia...it is just so underutilised here in hong kong...i love your version, i am sure i could down loads and loads of em while watching "lost" lol

Hi dear. How have you been. Its been a long time since I dropped by, n am sorry for it. You know what, its not even me, I cant get myself heard in a crowd, cant push my way to the front.....its just not me. All three snacks are to die-for. I love the egg balls specially, what a treat inside the cassava...mmmmm

we would purposely take oranges to school and peel it in a middle of one of the boring class and duck under the benchs and eat them;) teacher would always wonder as from where the citrous smell comes from;) he he he...

Interesting school snacks :)
I discovered yesterday that your Caribbean sorrel drink is my hibiscus tea I was drinking all my life!!! I went to the supermarket yesterday and I saw pack of dried sorrel that Michael was always talking about on the shelf... When I smell it I knew it was the same tea I was looking for and I could not find here... I could not wait to get home to try it... since yesterday I'm drinking it non stop, I will post about it later today ;)

The first time I tried cassava and egg balls was last year when my neigbors were throwing a party anf it was on the menu. They were delicious! Unfortunately, trying to get the recipe is similar to pulling teeth! If you see me in your mailbox please dont be alarmed :).

This is my first time visit here. You have such a wonderful space here. How come I missed it for such a long time? The cassava balls and egg balls look so fabulour. Of course, I can't eat the egg balls, the 2nd picture of the cassava balls is so tempting.
