I saw your message about the basmati rice form the Hooked on heat site,thanks.:) I love your site.Your pictures remind me of GOA (its a beach state in INDIA). And its surprising to see so much influence of Indian food on Guyanese-cuisine or are you an Indian settled in Guyana? ....In any case the food here,makes me want to visit Guyana.
