cardamom bread sounds great! the cardamom in the picture is the bigger variety. I don&#39;t use it in my recipes..I use the green cardamon which is smaller in size.<br /><br />fish molee looks so tempting...! plz check my fish molee recipe too... :)

Hi Cynthia,<br />I love cardamom. I always put this spice in any sweet bread that I am baking. It adds that little something extra. That thing you can&#39;t quite put your finger on in a recipe except to say that it is &#39;right&#39;. You may not know what it is but you sure miss it if its not there.

how unromantic life would be without spice:-D I can almost smell the cardamom bread &amp; biting in to the warm spiced bread. Oh! darn my broken oven, i am missing baking my breads so bad.<br /><br />that fish i would like with some rice tho:-)
