Cynthia: after trying your Pumpkin Pudding with Vanilla- Ginger Caramel, my husband has vowed to make me a gift of your book for Xmas. Each recipe of yours that I have attempted has turned out beautifully. The Pudding was my test- run for Thanksgiving and it is absolutely delicious warm or cold! The ginger in the caramel has a nice kick too! Congratulations on your book promotion and best of luck
