I felt that the dishes made at your place are so much similar to india, The guava cheese is a speciality in goa which is my native place in india, The pastry looks so yummy wish i was there to come to your home and eat it all up..

Oh Cynthia! I've just got back online and what a treat to come back to!! :) Those pastries look positively delicious.

Thanks for the kind wishes by the way. Hurricane Dean came and went and did indeed leave the South coast of the island devastated. But we will recover, I hope quickly. On the North Coast we're still in the throes of cleaning up and getting things back to normal. Hopefully up on the North we will be back to normal by next week.

How lovely to hear from Barbados. I bet it is slightly hotter there than it is over here in Northern Englnad - it is like winter at the moment, seriously!
