I like that chicken salad--too much dressing is often a problem I run into as well. Good idea to skip the celery--I love it but Tavo can not stand it at all :)

I enjoy chicken salad, but I was amazed to find that my favorite kinds were - bland. Adding fruits and nuts, really didn&#39;t do anything for me, but I recently made a chicken salad with shallots, curry powder and mango chutney.<br />It was to die for, and I was both happy and shocked. I found a keeper! Im going to have to try your chicken salad, to find two keepers in two weeks is notable!
