Vietnamese food is one of my favourites. I was lucky enough to travel in the south of that country and fell in love with everything about Vietnam. Unfortunately we are unable to get most of the fruits here. They are so delicious and refreshing. Just like this soup!

I love the Vietnamese soup too. Its a thin soup with no complex ingredients and I like to have them during my bout of cold or cough.

I just made fish soup, but I love the sound (and photos) of this recipe. The best part is how quickly it cooks and your recipe is even faster than mine. I&#39;m guessing that I could use flat leaf parsley for the &quot;Chinese or Guyanese&quot; celery.
