Until today, I just called it tea. Now I know better! For me, I make it the way they do in India - I boil Assam tea with milk (in my case, soy milk), add some spices (tea masala) and some evaporated cane juice. I always drink it in one of those thermos style mugs that fit in the car "cup" holder.
