Thank you for Another Year In The Kitchen!

>> Saturday, 27 December 2008

I've had an exhilarating and exhausting year in the kitchen but always, the results have been rewarding and enlightening. I've found that I was more in the mode of experimenting and trying new things most of which I have learnt from you, my fellow foodie, my fellow food blogger, my friend. Today, my last post for 2008, I want to offer my sincere thanks for the inspiration. There are many, many more of your recipes securely and safely bookmarked for cooking and baking in 2009!

This week's column discusses my adventures in the kitchen this year. Click here to read through.

The collage below represents new things I've tried making and familiar things that I made for the first time that made it to publication in my column. My friend, once again, thanks very much for your support and encouragement this year. Be sure to keep watching this space for more about my book launch and don't forget that you can order your copy right now by clicking this link or the one just beneath my photograph.

I stumbled upon your site while trying to find my Guyanese boyfriend a "real" Dal Puri recipe...LOL I found your step-by-step video very helpful.I am now in love with your site.

I am from Antigua but live in the US and would love to have your recipe book as an easy go to when I want to refresh my recipe memory. Is your book sold at any bookstores in the US. Please drop me a quick e-mail when you have a chance and let me know where I can find it either in NYC or New Jersey. Thanks..
