I have no idea. But let me think - Married man's pork: we know that pork is a sweet meat. Belonging to a married man? The only thing I can think of is this - people talk about the outside woman and that the action on the outside is sweet especially because it is forbidden or should I say, it is wrong because it is cheating. So, maybe the sweet basil is so aromatic, so flavourful that the only way someone thought to describe it was as "married man's pork". Ah mean, why couldn't it be a single man's pork?
I eagerly await the answer to this question :-)
I can't believe that no one has an answer for this one.
